The training is essential for our school, promoting de-escalation techniques and communication in a calm and measured way. It promotes positive relationships, keeping the safety of children and staff at heart. The sessions are enjoyable as well as incredibly informative. I fully recommend this training.

Staff feel more confident and workers in charge can lead by example. Holding has reduced because staff have used more diversion techniques, staff confidence has increased and there’s a better understanding between team members.
