Helly Douglas

Helly Douglas is Head of Content for Team Teach, managing and producing articles, videos, podcasts, resources, and webinars covering every aspect of behaviour support. She is also part of the Learning and Development Team.

Before joining Team Teach, Helly spent 16 years working as a classroom teacher, phase leader, interim SENDCO, and PSHE co-ordinator in mainstream settings. She trained and worked as a primary school teacher before setting up inclusion classes in a secondary school for students with special educational needs (SEND), social and emotional mental health needs (SEMH) and young people at risk of exclusion.
