Use the slideshow as a structure for your staff meetings. It’s helpful if you are able to display the slideshow for everyone to see. Print the resource pack for everyone to complete during the session.
Demand avoidance is where an individual finds it difficult, or in some cases impossible, to meet the demands made of them. As a result, they may engage in a range of anxious behaviours.
Use these resources to find out more about demand avoidance and devise effective strategies to support individuals who may struggle with demands.
